Q: What’s in your beard oil?

A: Our beard oil is made from a handcrafted 6-blend carrier base (including Organic Golden Jojoba, Argan, Sweet Almond, Camellia Seed, Vitamin E, and Castor) infused with natural fragrance oils. No sulfates, parabens, or fillers — just real oils for real legacy.
Q: Are your soaps all-natural?

A: Yes. Our small-batch bar soaps are made with the best skin benefiting ingredients we can source supporting fair trade practices -organic palm, organic olive, organic coco butter, all natural goats milk, organic shea butter, kaolin clay. Our scent blends are skin-safe, deeply aromatic - designed for daily ritual cleansing and grounding.
Q: Are Your Handmade Nashville & Franklin, TN Soaps Safe for Sensitive Skin?

A: We formulate with care — but always test a small amount if you're unsure. If you ever need a custom unscented version, be sure to check out our Ronin line and the Heirloom by Akasha Natural Hair and Body oil lines.
Q: What’s your return policy?

A: Because we sell handcrafted, body-safe goods, we can’t accept returns. But if something arrived damaged, wrong, or missing — we’ll make it right. We stand behind every drop.
Q: Do you offer local pickup in Tennessee for handmade soap?

Q: What’s the story behind Grain & Glass Co.?

A: We were born from one man’s vow: “I bear it, so she never will.” This brand was built from ashes — to restore presence, ritual, and remembrance for those who never had a map. Everyone fights a battle i find grounding yourself with intent and focus reminds you how much further you can go.
Q: Who helped work on your logo and labels?

A: We hired local artist Simone for the logo — she was great and responsive. For labels, we used Blue Label Packaging CoTheir quality and customer service are excellent. I'm very grateful to Armando and his team.
Q: Who designed the amazing merch and displays for your brand?

A: We utilized a good friend of mine in printing and engraving services local to Columbia, TN - Steve over at EM’s Designs.
We went to Kodi at Kodi's Place for all of our display and event signage. her work and attentiveness is top tier.
Q: Who do you trust to capture the images for your brand?

A: We trust Michelle Gomez at Snaps & Giggles for all our photography and brand needs. She’s been our exclusive photographer for both Grain & Glass Co. and our personal projects — consistent, thoughtful, and endlessly skilled. Her work captures the quiet luxury and lived-in warmth at the heart of what we make, and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
